My daugthers a dark horse...

...yes, Sara is a dark horse. On Sunday afternoon she told us that her and Alessio were an item, a couple, were going out, - whatever way you want to put it. I was really surprised. I honestly didnt suspect a thing!!! (and I am usually quick to notice things like that!)

If you follow this blog you will know that Alessio already won my heart way back at the start of the week. He is a lovely, well mannered guy and very cute!! haha

Anyway now he has gone back to Belgium and they dont know when they will see each other again. Poor them! I can feel a bit of dejavu coming on here!! (a 20 year old dejavu!) haha

Awwww, young love!!!! How sweet. So he's the one with the cute smile? Sara will need lots of comforting while he's away.

So how long have they been an item?
I mean before the boys came, or since he came? (After Sara read your not so subtle hints on your blog)
And maybe they didn't tell you before hand, so that you wouldn't tease the life out of them!!!!!!!!!!

At least it will be sooooo much easier for her than it was for you and Kristian! (FB, skype, email, etc etc, they won't have the fun of making tapes:-)

My goodness you really will be able to empathize with her eh?!

I can't believe you didn't see it coming - you're slipping up Laura!

I cant believe I didnt see it coming either Rhoda!! haha

Apparently they have talked a little at the different go-kart races. But then about 2 months ago they really starting chatting over the skype/msn...and getting to know each other more, so then he decided to come to denmark to see Sara and he brought his friend.

But I didnt suspect anything cause they were always together with the other boy or with saras other friends....so she kept it quiet until we were sitting at the table eating dinner. I was saying, in Danish, about just how cute he was and Sara said, yes he is really cute and it was first there that the light bulb went on for me!

I said "do you like him" (in danish so he couldnt understand) and she said Yes and went bright red!! haha "well have you kissed him" I asked and she went even redder....so I knew!! haha

Well what about him - does he like you, I asked. She said "Well mum why do you think he came to Denmark this week! So the cat was out of the bag and poor them, they got some teasing from me!! haha

I can't believe you didn't see that coming Laura! I had a good idea that they were trying to break it gently - you never were the sharpest! hahahahaha

Ahhhh thats so sweet, good for Sara, they look sooo good together! I hope she's ok now he's gone, you can certainly give her lots of advice on that score!

I can see why she didn't tell you right away, you would've had a field day!! The poor boy wouldn't have stood a chance, you would've teased them so much! I could just imagine you asking him intentions with your daughter and when you would have to buy a hat lol!!

Oh Laura! What are you like?!

Sara was extremely wise not to tell you:-) I think your daughter knows you better than you know her! And imagine carrying on a conversation about the boy in front of him in Danish - that's cruel!

I think it's 1-0 to Sara!

Now I wonder is he the real reason she didn't go to France with you on holiday?!

They do look a lovely couple.

It was rather cruel wasnt it - and Sara was trying to talk like we were having a normal conversation and I was flipping out!! haha

we all had been speaking english but then he and his friend started talking italian so we switched to danish so everyone was having their own wee conversations.

Laura, I am so disappointed in you, the radar must be on the blink, I'd get it seen to if I were you!!! She must be missing him. Then again they can probably see each other all the time on skype. How do they communicate?

Laura said...

They communicate through msn and facebook and skype...she is missing him and he is missing her. Its funny to read his facebook comments...its all about missing her - oh young love!! haha

I meant in which language do they communicate. If he is Italian and she is Danish, does he speak English? Poor wee thing, it is horrible to be so far away from, who could be, the love of your life.
