Our friends Anne and Peter came over for coffee/tea and cake yesterday evening. You have probably read about Anne in this blog - she´s my crazy friend. (When she´s around you just cant help but laugh!) It being Anne I thought I would dress up. I took on my roller wig, put on my bath robe and made a paper cigarette, so that when they rang the door bell I could open the door looking a bit like Hilda Ogden from Coronation Street (remember her??)The door bell finally rang and when I opened it there was Anne and Peter. Peter was looking normal but Anne was also dressed up in her false teeth and pink hair band. What a laugh! Well you can take a look for yourself, at the two beauties below... Then it was time for some fun!!! We got out all the wigs and had a blast trying them on.
We did eventually calm down and spent the rest of the evening having a good old natter and eating lots and lots of cake.

Talk about great minds! You decide to dress up for Anne, and she comes all dressed up for you! I bet your husbands think you are both mad!
The sad think is Laura - you really suit those rollers!!!!!! (And they match your PINK dressing gown!!!!)
I know!! scary eh!!
Yes our hubby´s think we are mad - they just shake their heads and leave us to it....haha
Are you chatting tomorrow night?
Oh yes - it´s the 1st of the month. I totally forgot about that. Yes I am up for a chat - must put a reminder on the blog....what about you Rhoda??
Ha ha you total nutter!!! Love the wigs! "see" you all tomorrow night
Laura, I was still laughing when I went to bed. I tell you laughter is a great tonic.
Just wondering did you stay on the edge or go to the middle????
Laura, how far are you from either Gothenburg or Billund?
Ryanair fly from Gothenburg to Glasgow, or from Edinburgh to Billund?
I know they don't look that close on the map, but that might be another route to look at?
Or another option - if EasyJet to London and then Glasgow doesn't work, can you get cheap flights to Dublin? And Dublin to Glasgow with Ryanair? (I know I hate Ryanair, but if you can get a cheap flight with them - well it might be worth compromising on principles!!!)
I must confess I went to the middle, but not to friendly, mind you!! hahaha still have a few kiwi´s to eat!! hahaha
Billund is about 4 hours away - I think. It´s in Jtylland - the other side of Denmark.....but I will check it out.
Enjoy your Kiwis!!!!!!! Ha Ha Ha At least they are not melons any more:-) They would definitely take a lot longer to eat!!!!
I only need grapes!! That would surely double the size!!
Halved or whole Lisa?
Ha ha its just like being back to saturday night!!!! Halved - dont want Ronnie to get too excited!!!!!
Mrs R I'm worried. It's the 5th already - almost the 6th and you're days behind in your blog which is not like you. Tell me you weren't arrested in one of those wigs? (ps - happy new year.)
Just thinking Lisa, if you went for a swim and preshower in Denmark - everyone would think dessert had arrived!!!!!!!!!!!!
Oh no! I just came on to do the preblog check before I went to bed, and now here I'm sitting laughing out loud again - I better go before I wake myself up again, and then can't sleep tonight either!!!!
But Rhoda, I would have to keep the fruit in the shower or people would thing there was a boy in the ladies showers!!!!
Only if you had the banana too!
Im having a big belly laugh!!!!!! banana - you eejit lol!!!!
"Bee sour your sins vel finde jer." og ser romantiske dvder.De kærligste og varmeste hilsener Anonym
