Ive decided Im posting my food list too early! Last night I got back up out of bed absolutely starving and ate 2 slices of wholemeal bread toasted with jam, a handful of Doritos and a daim bar!!
I was eating it like someone who hadnt eaten in a month - jam on my chin and everything! Im not very good at being good am I? Hunger keeps getting in the way! Maybe I should resign myself that Im destined to be an 8-10 on top and a 12-14 on the bottom.
Jubiiiiiiiii !!! This morning I weight myself. 66 kg :0) And I have been very good all day. I was in town today and my son got himself 2 burgers and I just sat and looked at him. Hahaha! I am strong ;) I got myself a cappuccino,but it was okay. I just felt so good. Love Anne ;)

You are a good girl - what has happened to you, and I thought I was catching up with you but now you are away ahead....I have been a bit bad tonight - 3 chocolate chip cookie and 2 digestives with cheese on top...otherwise I was good all day but then we watched this programme on tv about food - how stupid is that...well they were eating cheese and then kristian and I got this urge for cheese and I just gave in!!! hahaha
Well done girls! Anne you will have to start ordering skinny lattes. You're so good resisting the burger! I'd have had a burger and then had my dinner when I came home!!!!
Come on girls, wheres your lists????? Ive been very bad today, craving sugar really bad in any shape or form. I tried not to give on but then I got really grumpy and tetchy and was snapping at everyone so for the sake of my family (hahahaha) I gave in. Breakfast - 4 shredded wheat, hot milk and sugar, cup of tea. Lunch - toasted bagel with low-fat philly & ham, bunch of grapes, mars bar. Mid-afternoon - grapes and 2 mandarin oranges. Dinner - massively calorific seafood lasagna 480 calories!!!! quite a big bowl of jelly with double cream poured over it, very bad but so so good!! Supper - cup of tea, 2 cadburys mini egg cakes and 4 jammie dodgers. I just had no willpower today at all! Pauline thinks it might be my hormones so I will agree with her and say its not my fault - the hormones made me do it!!!!!!
Lisa, not quite what I meant though!!! However, for the sake of your family's sanity I can understand that you needed loads of sugar and chocolate.
I read somewhere, that it's better to weigh yourself once a week, because you have daily fluctuations anyway. That is not to detract from your achievements though Laura.
ok here goes....yesterdays (24/2) list of things. Breakfast - cornflakes (small bowl) 1oo cal Break - Ham sandwich (300 cal) Lunch - 2 slices of ham and salad. (250 cal) Break - yoghert with crunchy stuff in it. (160 cal) Dinner - 100g rice, 2oog chicken, loads of vegetables (750 cal?) Evening - 2 chocolate chip cookies and 2 digestives with a slice of cheese :-( (200 cal in 2 chocolate chip cookies - digestives no idea but not good with cheese on it!! haha) Weight this morning 67,1kg so its still going in the right direction even with the cheese and absolutely no exercise yesterday,plus I was working at the church so I was sitting all day!!! I am encouraged...it like almost ½ a pack of butter hahahahaha Ok I am going to do well today!!!!!(I think)
My name is Laura and I come from Belfast, Northern Ireland. I am married to Kristian who is Danish, so for the past 25 years I have lived in Denmark. We live in a small town north of Copenhagen. We have 3 kids, Sara (24 years), Andrew (22 years) and Leah(18 years).
Kristian and I are both Christians. It´s so great to be in a relationship with God and know He is there helping us and loving us no matter what life may throw our way. Life has meaning and purpose.
I started this blog mainly as a diary so I could look back and see what we had done as a family over the years. Then I realised it was a great way for my family and friends in Ireland to follow our life here in Denmark. It´s not the most exciting blog - it´s just life - our life :-)
