Roll on Christmas!!!

Our weeks holiday is over. The next time we are off is for Christmas - so roll on Christmas!!

We had a great week off - the last few days of the holiday were spent relaxing, shopping and visiting family. By Monday morning I was ready to go back to work - I was relaxed and refreshed, and it felt good to be going back again.
(Leah and her Granny Rasmussen - we spent one day off the holidays down at their house. We got lots of delicious food!! Love my mother-in-laws cooking!)

Yesterday (Tuesday) Sara arrived home from Belgium. She had a great time there and she just loved Alessios family - they gave her a brilliant week ! It was really hard to say goodbye this time. (Oh I remember it well!!) so now the saving has begun so that another trip can be made, sometime in the near future!!

For a few months now our washing machine has been leaking water from the pump. Finally last week we got to talk to the caretaker of our apartments. He sent a man out to check out the machine and they decided it wasnt worth fixing so a new washing machine was ordered for us. It came yesterday and it is wonderful!! I am loving it. (maybe this will help me to love doing the washing!! -doubt it though!! haha) The best part about it is that it didnt cost us a penny, it comes with the apartment!!

That is fabulous about the washing machine Laura. Ours packed in last year and we had to buy a new one, the clothes come out so much drier too now.

Really glad everyone had a great time over the holiday.

Great news about the washing machine! See there are big advantages to renting. And indeed - roll on Christmas!! I love it!!

That's great Laura that you didn't have to pay for the machine:-)

You really can empathise with Sara eh?! It's not every Mummy that can do that! It's so funny how she is following in your footsteps! (And that French is one of the languages that you always wanted to learn!)

Christmas will come soon enough!!!! I can't believe that we're at the end of the decade!
