.....I better write down what I did today, just in case, a year from I now I look back through my blog and wonder "what did I do on the 29th April?".
Well like soooo many other people - I went to a wedding, although not literally!! Prince William and Kate got married and I couldn´t wait to see the wedding. Unfortunately I was working all day. I had no holiday days left, so I couldn´t take a free day. But I decided to take my laptop to work so we could watch the wedding during our lunch break.
We get lunch at 11.30 till noon. Perfect timing (since we are 1 hour ahead of England!) We got the whole thing set up and enjoyed watching the guests arrive. We saw the Queen, Prince Phillip, Prince Charles and Camilla standing in the church just about to walk down the isle when the internet went off!! WHAT???!!! It was 11.52, I had 7 minutes to find help. I ran like a crazy woman all over the school looking for our IT expert but couldn´t find him. We had to give up:-(
So it was first tonight, after dinner, that I caught the whole wedding. I sat for hours watching highlights and watching what we had recorded. As if that wasn´t enough I went on youtube and watched the Danish royal wedding of Prince Frederik to Mary, then Diana and Charle`s wedding and interviews with them before the wedding. I now have had my fill of Royals!! I´m off to bed to read my book!
